What components can you custom-make?

Do you offer dynamic and static balancing?

Yes. We dynamically and statically balance rotating components — propellers, impellers, rotors, fans, blowers, flywheels, couplings and pulleys — to cut vibration, extend bearing life and keep gear running quietly.

Are your custom components class approved?

Qualships is DNV and Lloyd's Register approved. Components can be supplied with survey-ready documentation and qualified welding procedures where the job calls for class attendance.

Can you make a part from a sample or worn original?

Yes. Bring us a sample, a worn part or a drawing and we'll custom-make it to original tolerances — ideal when OEM parts are obsolete or lead times are unacceptable.

Where do you provide these services?

Our workshop is in Wetherill Park, Sydney, servicing ports across NSW and Australia — Port Botany, Newcastle, Port Kembla, Brisbane, Fremantle and Port Hedland — with project coverage extending to China, the USA and India.
